Meet the team

Peter Green - Managing Director

Joined C&J in 2001 as a trainee consultant. Having been a Senior Consultant for eighteen months, Peter became Manager of the Wellingborough business in September 2006 and appointed as a Director at the beginning of 2008.

Peter lives with his long term girlfriend and is an avid car fanatic. He likes to spend his spare time pursuing his love of motorsport and in particular, drift racing. Whether out on the track on his motorbike or in his highly modified drift car, Peter likes to unwind with a nice Indian meal at the end of the day and being a keen cook himself often plays host to family and friends.

Marta Nowakowska - Contracts Consultant

Marta had been employed by C&J on one of our prestige contracts however her language skills, reliability and customer focused attention to detail stood out. Marta has been a part of our team now for two years.

Much of Martas spare time is taken up by her beautiful two year old son named Kacper ("pronounced Kasper"). In particular she likes to spend time swimming and travelling. If she is lucky enough to get spare time at the end of the day then she likes nothing better than to settle down with a nice slushy romantic film.

Konrad proved his reliability as a temporary employee on a challenging contract. He was invited to join our team as a driver then due to his ability to develop good working relationships with employees and clients alike, in 2006 was invited to join our team in branch.

Konrad is another car ‘nut’. Getting out on the track with Peter in his own drift car is his idea of a perfect weekend. Then spending the following week with oily hands, fixing all the things on his car that he breaks! He likes to keep fit and spends time at home or in the gym working out.
